We are a 68 unit condominium located on the Gulf of Mexico on Venice Island. Each unit has two bedrooms and two baths with an enclosed lanai that overlooks the pool and beautiful gardens. The view from each lanai stretches out to Venice Beach and the blue and green water of the Gulf of Mexico. In the late afternoon owners sitting on their lanai can sip a drink and enjoy the spectacular Florida sunsets.
When you arrive at Venice you are immediately struck by the friendly small town feeling of the business center. Its lovely boulevard shaded by giant live oaks extends from down town to the beach. As you drive down the boulevard to the beach you reach The Esplanade. All of the owners at Gulf Shores have traveled down this road to reach 255 The Esplanade North. Gulf Shores’ stately towers can be seen as you drive to the beach and they serve as an invitation to come and join our community and share a little bit of paradise.
The Board of Directors established this site so that new owners can familiarize themselves with how our community is organized and managed. We encourage owners to use this site to learn more about our community events and activities. It is the Board’s hope that owners will volunteer their time and talents to serve on the Board of Directors or on one of our committees as they come to enjoy our Gulf Shores life style.
